Dover Grammar School for Boys is a proud member of University College London's Institute of Education Research & Development Network.
We are currently involved in a number of educational research projects with UCL, Canterbury Christ Church University, and other local schools.
The RIPP Project
Teachers at DGSB are encouraged to undertake their own research, to enable them to develop teaching practices which have the greatest positive impact for our students.
The Research-Informed Professional Practice Project is a series of teacher-led research projects. All teachers from the DDS Partnership are invited to take part in this faciliated research course, which will enable them to gain the necessary skills to undertake rigorous educational research, whilst embarking on a project into an area of interest or importance linked to their teaching. For more information, or if you would like to take part, please download the RIPP Project Information Sheet.
