Results Days Summer 2011

The results days for Summer 2011 will be:
GCE AS/A2 results - Thursday 18th August 2011
Year 13 from 9.00am
Year 12 from 11.00am
GCSE Results - Thursday 25th August 2011
Year 11 from 9.00am
Year 10 from 10.30am

If students are unable to attend on the Results Day they may authorise another person to collect their results for them; however, this can only be arranged with prior notice. Please write to our Examinations Officer Miss Sadler with full details in order to arrange this.
If students would like us to post results to their home address please send in a SAE in to Miss Sadler.

Post Results Services
Staff will be available on Results Day to help you with any queries that may arise. 
If there are reasonable grounds for believing there has been an error in marking, an official Enquiry About Results (EAR) may be requested by the school.
When the school does not agree an EAR is worthwhile, a candidate may still apply to have an enquiry carried out. However, in this circumstance they will be charged.
Candidates requesting re-marking of their scripts must be aware that their marks, including their overall grade can also be lowered as a result of the enquiry.

Certificates
Certificates arrive in school about three months after you have received your results.
Certificates may be collected on behalf of the candidate by a third party, provided they have written authorisation to do so.
Certificates will be retained by the school for two years. Unclaimed certificates will then be destroyed.
Applications for replacement certificates must be made directly to the Awarding Body. There is a charge for this service.
